(NYSE: VPG) has announced the acquisition of Nokra Optische Prueftechnik & Automation GmbH, a German company renowned for its precision measuring and testing equipment used in manufacturing. This strategic move aims to enhance VPG’s offerings in sensor and precision measurement solutions. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
