WILMINGTON, DE — Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW) (OTC: ONFOP) has launched two artificial intelligence-driven software products targeting investor relations and corporate communications teams, marking an expansion beyond its core business of acquiring and operating digital assets.
The new platforms, SharePulse and Parlance, were developed through Onfolio Labs, the company’s internal product development initiative, and are being commercialized after initially being built for internal use, the company said.
The move positions Onfolio to pursue recurring software revenue in the growing market for investor-relations technology and AI-assisted communications tools as public companies seek new ways to engage shareholders and manage corporate messaging.
SharePulse is an investor-relations analytics platform that combines communication tracking, investor relationship management and engagement measurement tools. According to the company, the platform analyzes data from more than 5,000 public companies, incorporating information from SEC filings, press releases, stock-price activity and investor engagement metrics.
The software is designed to help companies benchmark investor-relations performance, track shareholder engagement and measure the impact of corporate communications.
Parlance, meanwhile, is a managed communications service that combines AI-generated content with human editorial review. The service is aimed at producing shareholder communications, executive messaging, marketing materials and other corporate content.
Chief Executive Officer Dominic Wells indicated the products emerged from operational needs within the company before attracting outside interest.
“SharePulse came from wanting to combine real shareholder engagement analytics with market intelligence on what’s actually working across thousands of other public companies,” Wells said. “Parlance came from the same place on the communications side.”
Wells added that interest from investors, investor-relations firms and public-company executives prompted the company to make the products commercially available.
The platforms are subscription-based offerings, creating a potentially higher-margin revenue stream that differs from Onfolio’s traditional online-business acquisition model.
The launch comes as investor-relations departments increasingly adopt software tools to track shareholder engagement and as AI technologies become more integrated into corporate communications workflows.
Onfolio cited industry research indicating continued growth in the investor-relations software market as issuers seek more data-driven approaches to shareholder targeting, engagement measurement and communications management.
The company said early adoption efforts include investor-relations firms onboarding selected public-company clients to SharePulse and corporate executives testing Parlance for communications initiatives.
