CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Two sections of Fairview Road will close for daytime base repairs beginning Monday, July 27, affecting travel through Wallace, East Nantmeal and West Nantmeal townships, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

PennDOT will close only one section of Fairview Road at a time.
From Monday, July 27, through Wednesday, July 29, Fairview Road will be closed between Route 401 (Conestoga Road) and Route 100 (Pottstown Pike). Drivers will be directed to use Route 401 and Route 100 around the work zone.
A separate weekday closure is scheduled from Tuesday, July 28, through Wednesday, Aug. 5, between Route 282 (Creek Road) and Route 82 (Manor Road). The posted detour will direct drivers along Route 282 and Route 82.
Local access will remain available throughout the work. Plan extra time near the construction areas and along the detour routes because backups and delays may occur.
