Flaggers will direct traffic through the work areas while crews perform milling, paving, and utility adjustment work.

No detours have been announced, but motorists should expect delays as traffic is periodically stopped and directed through active construction zones. Plan extra time for travel and seek alternate routes when possible, particularly during peak commuting hours and overnight paving operations.

The resurfacing work is part of PennDOT’s ongoing effort to repair and repave state highways throughout the region. Crews will install new asphalt pavement designed to improve ride quality, extend roadway life, and enhance safety for motorists.
