WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Borough Police Department responded to reports of an alleged assault during the early hours of August 25, 2024, on the 400 block of East Marshall Street.
Officers identified Andrew Jackson, 28, of Phoenixville, PA, as the suspect in the incident, which involved two alleged victims. Following an investigation, Jackson was apprehended on charges of aggravated assault and was transported to Chester County Prison.
The arrest took place on September 7, 2024. Jackson is awaiting a preliminary hearing at District Court 15-1-04. It is crucial to note that all charges remain allegations, and Jackson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
