BIRDSBORO, PA — A 24-year-old man has been charged following an investigation into a reported theft at a roadside stand, according to police.
Robeson Township police reported that officers received a report on April 15 of merchandise stolen from a roadside stand in the 1000 block of Old River Road.
According to investigators, the suspect was identified as Brian Rosas-Cruz, 24.
Authorities said Rosas-Cruz was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Police reported that charges were filed with the court following the investigation. Additional details regarding arraignment or bail were not immediately available.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
