Caught on Camera, Bike Thief Still at Large in Township

UPPER CHICHESTER TWP., PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect captured on video in connection with a daytime bike theft.

Upper Chichester Township Police said the incident occurred April 28 at approximately 11:50 a.m. in the 2600 block of Chichester Avenue.

According to police, a bicycle was reported stolen, and surveillance footage shows a male suspect allegedly involved in the theft.

Investigators reported the suspect was seen wearing an Under Armour hoodie at the time of the incident.

Police said the case remains active and are seeking assistance from the public to identify the individual.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 and request to speak with an Upper Chichester officer or submit a tip online, referencing case number UC-26-005080.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
