WILMINGTON, DE — A 36-year-old man has been arrested following a reported aggravated menacing incident in downtown Wilmington, according to police.
Police reported that officers responded at approximately 12:07 p.m. on April 25 to the area of East 4th and North King streets.
According to investigators, officers made contact with Darnell Gibson, 36, who was taken into custody without incident.
Police said a BB gun was recovered during the investigation.
Authorities reported that Gibson has been charged with two counts of aggravated menacing and one count of disorderly conduct.
According to police, he was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $13,000 cash-only bail.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
