Radial Announces Laura Ritchey as Chief Executive Officer

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Radial, Inc., a bpostgroup company, announced the recent appointment of Laura Ritchey as Chief Executive Officer of Radial North America effective September 15, 2023. Ritchey will draw on her more than two decades of industry experience, including the last two years as Radial’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), to lead the company toward continued growth and leadership in eCommerce fulfillment operations.

Laura joined Radial as COO in 2021 and has helped Radial navigate the ever-changing market landscape by being a critical key leader of internal teams within the organization. Prior to joining Radial, Ritchey began her career in finance, serving in multiple senior leadership roles at L Brands before ultimately becoming the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations for Victoria’s Secret Beauty. She later served as COO at FullBeauty Brands and Centric Brands.

With Ritchey’s appointment to CEO, Jeff Wiedwald will join Radial’s Managing Committee team as Senior Vice President of Solutions & Fulfillment and report directly into Ritchey. In his role, Wiedwald will lead Service Delivery operations in multiple regions and Radial’s Solutions team while continuing to spearhead Launch and Optimization teams.

Ritchey holds a BA, MBA and JD from The Ohio State University and currently serves on the Board of Goodwill Manasota.
