Three Arrested for Theft in Westtown Township

WEST CHESTER, PA — A swift response to a reported theft in progress by the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department led to the arrest of three individuals from Chester, Pennsylvania, on April 23, 2024.

Officers were dispatched at 12:34 pm to the 1100 block of Wilmington Pike in Westtown Township, where they encountered Brandon Harris, 32, Ali Goodman, 18, and Zakim Muhammad Harris, 19. Following an investigation at the scene, all three were arrested on charges related to theft.

It is crucial to highlight that these arrests and the allegations that followed do not equate to a determination of guilt. All three are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty in a court of law.
