Pennsylvania Scholastic Esports League to Host First-Ever In-Person Fall Season Finals at Harrisburg University

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania Scholastic Esports League (PSEL) has announced that the much-anticipated fall season finals will be held in person for the first time. The event is scheduled for December 1, 2023, at Harrisburg University.

This landmark event will feature the top four high school and middle school esports teams from the fall season. These teams will compete for the prestigious PSEL season championship in an electrifying display of esports prowess.

The high school teams will engage in heated competitions in popular esports titles such as League of Legends, Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, and Rocket League. Meanwhile, the middle school teams will showcase their skills in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate and Rocket League.

These formidable teams have earned their spots in the finals through intense virtual quarterfinals that ran from November 13 to 17. The anticipation is palpable as these scholastic esports powerhouses vie for the coveted championship title.
