Drivers should plan extra time, expect delays, and consider alternate routes when traveling through this heavily used corridor.

The project includes installing a southbound right-turn deceleration lane on U.S. 202 and adding a second eastbound left-turn lane on Route 926 to create a double left-turn configuration.

Additional work includes signal upgrades, ADA curb ramp improvements, and milling and paving operations designed to improve safety and reduce crashes at the intersection.

Project planners will also monitor potential impacts to the nearby Westtown Inn, a historic property located at the intersection.
