Plan extra time and consider alternate routes, especially during peak overnight travel windows. All work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions change.

The project is designed to ease congestion and improve safety at the I-476 interchange. Planned upgrades include creating a free-flowing westbound off-ramp to northbound I-476, restriping the on-ramp, and adding a new channelized right-turn lane to better handle turning traffic. Additional improvements include new overhead lane signage and updates to pedestrian facilities to meet ADA standards.
