DOYLESTOWN, PA — Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) plans to add 18 luxury townhomes in Doylestown Borough, expanding its presence in one of Bucks County’s highest-priced housing markets as demand for walkable, low-maintenance housing remains strong.
The homebuilder disclosed plans for its new 280 North at Doylestown community, which is expected to open for sales in fall 2026. The development will be located at 1 Dutch Lane, within walking distance of downtown Doylestown’s retail, dining, and cultural district.
Homes are expected to start in the upper $900,000s, positioning the project at the higher end of the regional townhome market.
The community will consist of four-story townhomes featuring elevators, rooftop terraces, flex spaces, open-concept floor plans, and two-car garages. The site is adjacent to Broad Commons Park and a public dog park.
The project reflects continued demand for housing that combines suburban amenities with proximity to town centers, a trend that has supported development activity in established communities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
Toll Brothers identified the location’s access to major transportation corridors, including U.S. Route 202, Route 611, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, as a key advantage. The development is also located within the Central Bucks School District.

Buyers will be able to customize finishes and design selections through the company’s Design Studio program, which allows purchasers to select interior features before construction is completed.
The announcement adds to Toll Brothers’ pipeline of luxury housing developments across the Philadelphia suburbs, where limited land availability and strong demand for new construction continue to support premium pricing in established communities.
