CHESTER, PA — Power Home Remodeling has bolstered its executive team with the appointment of Kerry McGovern as Chief Brand Officer and Mick Lynch as Executive Vice President, Delivery. These strategic roles underscore the company’s commitment to sustaining its reputation as a trusted and admired brand in the home remodeling industry.

Kerry McGovern, who joined Power in January 2022 as Senior Vice President of Brand, will continue to enhance the company’s brand identity. Her efforts have already led to a refreshed branding strategy, an updated consumer website, and the introduction of “Our Work Shows,” a significant brand initiative. McGovern’s extensive experience includes senior roles at major brands like RE/MAX, Under Armour, and the NHL. Her leadership has earned her a spot among Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards, Class of 2024. She will report directly to co-CEO Asher Raphael.

Asher Raphael remarked, “Kerry joined POWER with extensive, relevant brand experience. She was the visionary and leader of our recent brand refresh, which created POWER’s modern, high-end brand identity that not only stands out in our industry but also authentically represents who we are. Under Kerry’s leadership, I’m incredibly confident we’ll take our brand to the next level.”

Mick Lynch, whose career at Power began in entry-level sales, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Delivery. His comprehensive experience across all operational roles has been pivotal in shaping Power’s delivery strategies and establishing a new standard in craftsmanship. In his new position, Lynch will oversee the delivery operations across Power’s 22 territories, reporting to Chief Operating Officer Timothy Wenhold.
