COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Embarq Creative has appointed industry executive Robert Armstrong as president following a recent investment partnership aimed at supporting the exhibit and event company’s next phase of growth.
The Collegeville-based company said Armstrong will oversee sales strategy and business expansion efforts while founders Andy Carr and Karen Cohen remain in their current leadership roles.
The leadership change comes months after Embarq partnered with Enceladus Partners, a family office investment firm focused on lower middle-market companies. The investment was completed in early 2026.
Armstrong previously founded and led MC3, a company specializing in meeting production, training, and technology services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
According to the company, Armstrong’s appointment is intended to strengthen growth initiatives while allowing Carr and Cohen to continue focusing on client relationships, company culture, creative direction, and strategic planning.
“Adding a proven operator to lead growth initiatives allows Karen and Andy to focus even more on the areas where they create the greatest value,” said John McKee, a partner at Enceladus Partners.
Embarq Creative has operated for more than 25 years, providing custom exhibits, trade show services, event management, and experiential marketing programs for clients nationwide.
Carr and Cohen said Armstrong’s experience building and scaling businesses aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
The appointment follows Embarq Creative’s partnership with Enceladus Partners earlier this year as the company pursues continued expansion under founder leadership.
