READING, PA — Omega Systems added six senior executives across revenue, finance, operations and service delivery as the private equity-backed technology provider integrates a recent acquisition and expands its managed IT and cybersecurity business in regulated industries.
The Reading-based company appointed leaders at the chief revenue officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and vice president levels. The changes follow Revelstoke Capital Partners’ January 2025 investment and Omega’s October acquisition of healthcare-focused managed service provider PEAKE Technology Partners.
Mike Besecker joined as Omega’s first chief revenue officer, a newly created position responsible for coordinating the company’s sales strategy across healthcare and financial services. He previously held revenue leadership roles at Momentus Technologies and IronEdge Group.
Andy Schultz was appointed chief financial officer, overseeing financial planning, operations and growth initiatives. His prior roles include chief investment officer and chief financial officer at Altor Solutions.
Chris Sousa joined as chief operating officer with responsibility for service operations and customer experience. He previously advised managed service providers and private equity firms on acquisitions, service delivery and technology transformation after spending 14 years at Dataprise.
Mary Knotts became vice president of strategic initiatives after joining Omega through the PEAKE acquisition. She previously served as PEAKE’s chief operating officer and vice president of client services and governance, risk and compliance.
John Klein, who joined in November, was named vice president of service delivery. He oversees Omega’s professional and managed services organizations after a 25-year career at Cisco spanning engineering, product and relationship management.
Joel Rotunda was appointed vice president of channel and alliances, placing him in charge of Omega’s partner program. The company credited him with building a global partner network in a prior role that generated 40% year-over-year growth.
The appointments broaden Omega’s management capacity as it integrates PEAKE, develops its channel strategy and seeks to scale services for healthcare and financial institutions facing cybersecurity and regulatory demands.
“This is a leadership team built to match the scale of what we’re solving for our customers,” Chief Executive Officer Mike Fuhrman stated.
Omega did not disclose financial terms for the Revelstoke investment or the PEAKE acquisition.
