FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services recently appointed Rajeev Jain as Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational performance and support expansion across its national insurance brokerage network, bringing in a former Gallagher executive as the company seeks to strengthen coordination among its agencies.
Jain joins the Fort Washington-based brokerage from Gallagher, where he served as chief operating officer of U.S. Benefit Services. His previous experience includes leadership positions at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, spanning insurance brokerage, financial services, technology and organizational transformation.
In his new role, Jain will work with Patriot’s executive leadership and agency managers to streamline operations, improve collaboration and align internal resources with the company’s growth strategy.
The appointment places responsibility for operational coordination with an executive experienced in managing insurance brokerage operations as Patriot seeks to support its network of agencies while maintaining their local client relationships.

Patriot Chief Executive Officer John Galaviz identified the company’s decentralized relationships and agency leadership as priorities in its next stage of development.
