PHILADELPHIA, PA — GREA Mid-Atlantic has promoted Luke DeLuca to partner, expanding its leadership team as the commercial real estate brokerage seeks to grow its multifamily investment sales and advisory business across the Mid-Atlantic region.
DeLuca will help direct the firm’s expansion into additional markets while continuing to oversee brokerage activity in the Lehigh Valley and suburban Philadelphia, including Chester, Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware counties.
The promotion gives DeLuca a broader role in corporate strategy, client development and the expansion of investment sales and advisory services. He will also oversee broker development and recruitment efforts as the firm builds its regional operations.
DeLuca joined GREA in 2013 and has advised owners of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, including Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton.
His appointment places an established regional broker alongside founding partners Corey Lonberger and Ken Wellar as the firm pursues additional business in apartment investment markets.
“As we grow our footprint across the Mid-Atlantic, Luke will be at the center of where this firm goes next,” Wellar stated.
The leadership change reflects GREA’s emphasis on expanding its geographic coverage and brokerage capabilities in markets where apartment owners and investors require transaction and capital advisory services.
DeLuca will continue managing existing client relationships while helping establish the firm’s presence in additional markets.
“Our focus is on bringing that same level of advice and execution to more clients in more markets,” DeLuca stated.
A University of Pennsylvania graduate, DeLuca played fullback for the university’s football team and earned All-American recognition. He was also named to the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.
GREA has operated in Philadelphia and surrounding multifamily real estate markets since 2013, providing investment sales and advisory services to property owners and investors.
The partnership appointment broadens the firm’s leadership structure as it seeks to extend its investment brokerage operations beyond its established southeastern Pennsylvania markets.
