Traffic will be directed through the work zones by flaggers as construction crews perform overhead bridge work related to the ongoing I-95 reconstruction effort.

No detours have been announced, but motorists should expect delays as traffic slows through active work areas. Plan extra time for travel, particularly during the morning and early afternoon hours, and seek alternate routes when possible.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent and may be adjusted if conditions warrant.

The work is part of PennDOT’s $311 million I-95/AF3 project, which will reconstruct and widen approximately 1.3 miles of Interstate 95 in both directions between Tioga Street and Wheatsheaf Lane.
