CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Good Neighbor Pharmacy (GNP), a national franchise for independent pharmacies offered through Cencora, has been named “No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction with Chain Drug Store Pharmacies” in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Pharmacy Study. This marks the 13th time in 15 years that GNP has received this accolade, and the network’s eighth consecutive win.

The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Pharmacy Study assesses customer experiences across seven dimensions, including pharmacy offerings, problem resolution, prescription fulfillment, digital channels, personnel, time and cost savings, and trust. Good Neighbor Pharmacy ranked first in all seven categories.

The J.D. Power U.S. Pharmacy Study is in its 15th year and profiles the experiences of customers from the largest pharmacies in the United States. The 2024 study is based on responses from 13,505 U.S. pharmacy customers who filled a prescription between September 2023 and May 2024.
