PennDOT said periodic weekday lane closures with flagging will remain in place on Ellis Road between Fulling Mill Road and Woodbourne Road as crews continue work on a local safety improvement project.
The restrictions are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekdays through Tuesday, June 30.
Traffic will be directed through the work zone by flaggers when lane closures are active. No detour has been announced.
Drivers traveling through the corridor should plan extra time and be prepared for intermittent backups, particularly during periods of active construction. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds, remain alert for changing traffic conditions, and seek alternate routes if delays develop.
All scheduled work is weather dependent.
