NORTH EAST, MD — Cecil College will host an open house November 10 at its North East Campus to help prospective students evaluate degree programs, workforce training opportunities and financial aid options before making enrollment decisions.
The event will run from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Technology Building (Building D) at One Seahawk Drive. Admission is open to the public, and family members are welcome.
The college will provide information on more than 75 degree and certificate programs, along with workforce training opportunities available to residents of Cecil County and the surrounding region.
Financial aid will be a central component of the event, with breakout sessions explaining the application process and opportunities to reduce tuition costs through scholarships offered by the college.
Prospective students will also be able to meet faculty members, current students and representatives from the college’s admissions, financial aid, student life and athletics departments.
Campus tours will be available throughout the two-hour event, giving visitors an opportunity to examine college facilities and learn about academic support services and campus activities.
The open house is intended for prospective students considering academic credentials or workforce training, as well as families seeking information about college costs and available resources.
