Perigee Direct’s Texas operations will serve as a distribution hub for the combined company, a move Chemical Concepts said will reduce delivery times for customers in the Western and Southern United States and increase overall distribution capacity.

Andrew Morris, chief executive officer of Chemical Concepts, said Perigee Direct brings “deep expertise in specialty applications, strong customer relationships, and a Texas location that fills a critical gap in our distribution network.”

Matt Jackson, chief executive officer of Perigee Direct, said the companies share a focus on product innovation and customer service. “They offer exactly the scale and resource diversity that Perigee Direct needs to take our mission of transforming the industrial supply customer experience to the next level,” Jackson said.
