Financial Finesse, known for its unbiased financial coaching, has been integrated with Ascensus’ offerings since 2018, providing participants with tools like the READYSAVE app and the AI-powered financial coach, Aimee.

This collaboration has shown significant results, such as a 60% improvement in financial wellness scores for users of Aimee in 2023. The partnership encourages participants to engage in key financial behaviors, including reviewing retirement projections and optimizing investment allocations.

Participants have reported positive outcomes. Nearly all feel better prepared to make financial decisions, with 90.9% feeling more future-ready after coaching sessions. Additionally, 80% take action within 30 days, and 63% have established emergency savings of at least $1,000.

Plan sponsors benefit from insights into employee financial wellness, while financial advisors can expand their practices by addressing participant needs, leading to Ascensus winning an Advisor Choice Award in the Financial Wellness category.
