HARRISBURG, PA — A Schuylkill County man was sentenced Wednesday to 25 to 50 years in prison after being convicted of possessing hundreds of files containing child sexual abuse material, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
Antony Cuff, 47, of Shenandoah, was previously convicted by a Schuylkill County jury on 17 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Prosecutors said investigators recovered 408 files containing child sexual abuse material, including 238 images and 170 videos.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, investigators with the agency’s Child Predator Section determined in February 2025 that Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to upload and access the material through Bing.
Authorities later searched Cuff’s Shenandoah residence, where investigators also recovered what prosecutors described as a doll commonly owned by sex offenders from his bedroom.
Attorney General Dave Sunday said the sentence reflected the seriousness of the offenses.
“Exploited and abused children are revictimized every time these types of files are downloaded, viewed, or shared online,” Sunday said in a statement. “This prison sentence reflects the seriousness of the conduct, and is another result of our Child Predator Section’s commitment to tracking down offenders.”
The case was prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Kimberly Moraski.
