Mullen Coughlin

DEVON, PA — Mullen Coughlin LLC has expanded its international cyber incident response practice by hiring data privacy and cybersecurity attorney Ambre Cross as a partner in its London office, strengthening the firm’s capabilities as organizations face increasingly complex cross-border cyber and regulatory challenges.

The addition expands the Devon-based law firm’s presence in the United Kingdom, where it advises clients on cybersecurity incidents, data privacy matters, and regulatory investigations. The firm announced the appointment this week.

Cross advises organizations on notification and regulatory obligations arising from data privacy and cybersecurity incidents across the United Kingdom, European Union, and other international jurisdictions. Her practice also includes defending clients in class actions, individual lawsuits, and business-to-business litigation involving data privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity claims.

“I am delighted to join Mullen Coughlin as a Partner,” Cross stated. “The Firm’s achievements in the UK cyber market to date, in terms of growth and reputation, are nothing short of remarkable.”

She added, “It is an incredibly exciting time for Mullen Coughlin, and I look forward to contributing to the Firm’s continued strategic growth in the UK.”

The appointment marks Mullen Coughlin’s latest investment in its international incident response practice amid growing demand for legal counsel capable of navigating data breach response, regulatory compliance, and cross-border privacy enforcement.
