WAYNE, PA — Inverness Graham executive Aliya Khaydarova has been named to GrowthCap’s 2026 list of top women in growth investing, recognizing her role in more than 30 of the Wayne-based buyout firm’s 104 transactions and several portfolio exits.
Khaydarova has worked across the firm’s healthcare, advanced manufacturing, technology-enabled services and software investments, with a particular focus on healthcare, according to Inverness Graham.
She currently serves as investment lead and board member at Innovia Medical, Treat Planet and VitalPath.
Her previous deal work included RacoWireless, AdvancedCath and Danville Materials, three companies the firm identified among its most successful exits.
Khaydarova works with portfolio-company founders and executives on organic growth and acquisitions under Inverness Graham’s platform-building investment strategy.
Founder and Chairman Ken Graham described her as a disciplined investor who has helped shape the firm since its inception.
“She is a disciplined investor, a trusted partner to the founders and management teams we back, and a leader who has helped shape the firm since inception,” Graham stated.
Khaydarova characterized the recognition as a reflection of the firm’s continued focus on expanding operational support for its portfolio companies.
“As a lower middle market firm more than twenty years into its journey, we continue to actively enhance our operational value-add capabilities and innovative mindset to accelerate growth across our portfolio,” Khaydarova stated.
Inverness Graham is a Philadelphia-area private equity firm focused on acquiring lower-middle-market companies in industries undergoing technology-driven change.
