Argosy Real Estate Partners Appoints Margret Hardardottir as Senior VP of Investor Relations

WAYNE, PAArgosy Real Estate Partners has announced the recent addition of Margret Hardardottir as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Based in Argosy’s San Francisco office, Hardardottir will oversee fundraising, investor relations, and marketing communications.

Hardardottir joins Argosy from Lateral Investment Management, a private equity firm focused on the lower middle market. There, she served as Managing Director, responsible for fundraising and investor relations. Before that, she held a similar role at Drever Capital Management, a multifamily real estate private equity firm. She began her career as an M&A Analyst at Bainbridge Capital. Notably, Hardardottir is the first woman elected to Chair the Board of the Icelandic-American Chamber of Commerce.

David Butler, Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Argosy, welcomed Hardardottir’s arrival with enthusiasm. “Margret’s expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow our investor base in the United States and Europe,” he said. “Margret brings a wealth of experience to our team and we are excited to see her assist with expanding our outreach to institutional investors.”
