PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted for questioning in connection with a homicide investigation in North Philadelphia.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit, investigators are seeking to identify an individual who may have information related to the death of 45-year-old Keisha Farlow.
Police reported that Farlow died as a result of blunt force trauma. The incident occurred at approximately 1:59 a.m. on June 7 in the 2600 block of North 24th Street, according to investigators.
Authorities have released an image of a man they want to question as part of the ongoing investigation. Police have not announced any arrests or criminal charges in the case.
Investigators emphasized that the individual is wanted for questioning and urged anyone who recognizes him or has information related to the homicide to contact authorities.
Police advised members of the public not to approach the individual if he is located and instead call 911 immediately.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334 or 215-686-3335, or submit anonymous tips through the department’s tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477). Authorities noted that all tips will remain confidential.
The City of Philadelphia is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
