PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is set to launch a new program, the PHL Wingmate Guest Pass, which allows non-ticketed guests access to its terminals. The program, starting from November 1, will operate between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The PHL Wingmate Guest Pass was introduced to accommodate requests from friends and family members looking to escort passengers to or from their gate, according to PHL Director of Marketing and Branding, Megan O’Connell. It’s also aimed at those wishing to take advantage of the airport’s 150 concessions.

Non-ticketed guests interested in visiting PHL can apply for the one-day pass online, between one and seven days prior to their visit. On the day of their visit, applicants will receive an email after 12 a.m. confirming their application status. For same-day entrance, applicants will receive an email within 15 minutes of applying. Once approved, guests will receive a digital Wingmate Pass, which can be used for entry at PHL’s D/E or A-East security checkpoints.

In addition to offering access to the airport’s terminals and concessions, the Wingmate Guest Pass will also provide exclusive deals at select PHL Food & Shops concessions.

O’Connell expressed hope that the public will use the Wingmate Guest Pass not only to meet loved ones but also to access the airport’s restaurants and shops and enjoy PHL’s renowned Art Exhibitions Program.

Non-ticketed guests interested in visiting the Philadelphia International Airport should complete an online application at https://phl.org/wingmate.
