Site work is underway at Oakvale at Yardley, located at 1057 Surrey Lane. Sales are being handled from the company’s Lyondale Meadows community at 6 Augusta Drive in Newtown.

John Dean, Toll Brothers’ Pennsylvania division president, cited the development’s larger lots, home designs and proximity to commuter routes as central to the project’s market positioning.
