NEWARK, DE — SOCRadar entered a reseller agreement with GuidePoint Security to distribute its threat-intelligence platform to enterprise and public-sector customers, extending the cybersecurity company’s reach across North America.
The arrangement gives GuidePoint customers access to SOCRadar’s Extended Threat Intelligence platform alongside GuidePoint’s advisory and integration services.
SOCRadar’s platform is designed to identify external cyber risks by monitoring threat activity and providing intelligence that organizations can use to assess potential vulnerabilities. The companies are positioning the combined offering as a way to integrate those capabilities into customers’ existing cybersecurity operations.
“GuidePoint is one of the most trusted cybersecurity advisors in North America, making them an ideal company to collaborate with as we continue to expand our presence in the region,” Brian Costello, SOCRadar’s vice president of global channel and alliances, said.
The agreement adds SOCRadar to GuidePoint’s portfolio of cybersecurity products and services. GuidePoint works with businesses and government agencies to evaluate security risks, select technology and integrate systems.
Mark Thornberry, GuidePoint’s senior vice president of partnerships, said the collaboration would combine SOCRadar’s threat-intelligence technology with GuidePoint’s technical and advisory capabilities.
The companies will focus the reseller relationship on helping customers identify, evaluate and respond to external threats before they disrupt operations.
