KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Premier Orthopaedics & Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center added orthopaedic surgeon Vibhu Banala, MD, to its medical staff in September, expanding its hip and knee replacement services at offices in Glen Mills and Media.
Banala specializes in adult reconstruction, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. His research focuses on the use of technology and surgical precision in patient recovery.
He earned his medical degree from Florida International University and completed his orthopaedic residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He later completed a fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
Banala is accepting new patients at 300 Evergreen Drive, Suite 200, in Glen Mills and 5201 Pennell Road, Suite C, in Media.
