Pennsylvania State Police Investigate Hit and Run Crash Injuring Pedestrians, Including Child

CONCORD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced that Troopers from Media Station have opened an investigation of a Hit and Run crash that seriously injured two pedestrians including a child, that occurred on July 4, 2023, at approximately 9:05 PM on Beaver Valley Road near Ruby Road, Concord Township, Delaware County.

The Suspect vehicle is described as a dark-colored sedan possibly a Ford with tinted windows. The damage sustained by the suspect vehicle is unknown but presumed to be the front end as the Pedestrians were struck head-on.
