This acquisition includes the Strataware® products, services, and technologies, which specialize in medical bill review and clinical services.
Now operating under the StrataCare brand, the acquisition enhances MedRisk’s ability to deliver comprehensive care and cost management solutions, benefiting insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers. This move is set to improve claims outcomes and customer service across the industry.
