RADNOR, PA — McNees Wallace & Nurick has announced that Daniel Hicks has joined its Litigation Group in the recently expanded Radnor office. Hicks will focus on fiduciary litigation, guardianship matters, and Orphans’ Court proceedings, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Hicks brings extensive experience in litigation, including general liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He has honed his skills in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements to deliver favorable results for clients.
Beyond his litigation practice, Hicks has a background in estate planning, having served as a legal intern at a firm where he assisted in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and transactions for business matters. Additionally, he worked as a law clerk with the Delaware Department of Justice, gaining insight into criminal law and regulatory issues.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Hicks also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine. His addition to the team further strengthens McNees’ commitment to delivering comprehensive legal solutions for clients across a range of complex matters.
