PHILADELPHIA, PA — Interius BioTherapeutics has announced its participation in three key scientific gatherings this spring, where the company will spotlight its advancements in in vivo gene and cell therapy. The events provide an opportunity to showcase novel approaches that could redefine treatment for complex diseases.

The first event is Cellicon Valley ’25, taking place in Philadelphia from April 30 to May 2. On May 1 at 3:50 p.m. EDT, Philip Johnson, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Interius BioTherapeutics, will discuss “Cell-specific in vivo gene delivery,” heralding it as an emerging pipeline success in transforming cell therapy applications.

Next, Interius will present at the International Society for Cell and Gene Therapy (ISCT) 2025 Annual Meeting, being held in New Orleans from May 7 to 10. Dr. David Bishop, a haematologist from Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia, will lead the session on May 9 at 9:15 a.m. CT. He will detail the INVISE trial, a groundbreaking first-in-human Phase 1 study examining the safety of INT2104. This therapy supports in vivo generation of CAR T and CAR NK cells for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies.

Finally, Interius will feature at the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy (ASGCT) 28th Annual Meeting, also in New Orleans from May 13 to 17. Dr. Johnson will present on May 15, from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. CT, in a symposium focusing on the transition from ex vivo to in vivo cell therapies. His presentation will explore an investigational in vivo CAR-T therapy designed to address B-cell malignancies, showcasing its clinical potential.
