Interiors Home Names Tom Williams President in Leadership Transition

Business News

LANCASTER, PA — Interiors Home has appointed Tom Williams as president following the transition of longtime leader Todd Lehman to executive chairman, the company announced.

Williams, who has been with the company for more than 25 years and most recently served as chief financial officer, will lead the Lancaster-based home furnishings and design business as part of a planned leadership transition.

Lehman, who led the company for years, will remain involved during an initial transition period to support continuity.

The leadership change represents the company’s third generation of ownership and management, following its founding by Lillian Lehman in 2000.

Williams said his focus as president will include overseeing operations and maintaining the company’s customer and service model.

“Interiors Home was built on the belief that everyone deserves to love where they live,” Williams said.

The company also announced an updated executive team, including Linda Burke as chief operating officer, Michele Dissinger as merchandising director, and Kim Hoffert as marketing director.

The team is expected to lead initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and in-store operations, according to the company.
