BLUE BELL, PAGHR Healthcare announced the appointment of Daniel Matteson as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), bringing aboard a seasoned executive recognized for driving revenue strategy and workforce innovation across hospitals and health systems nationwide.

In his new role, Matteson will oversee revenue operations and growth initiatives, focusing on advancing GHR’s technology-enabled workforce solutions that help hospitals strengthen financial performance and clinical outcomes.

Before joining GHR, Matteson served as Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Aya Healthcare, where he led national teams that developed flexible, data-driven staffing models. He also launched and managed the company’s Per Diem and Internal Resource Pool divisions, programs ranked among the top five in the U.S. for performance and client satisfaction.
