PHILADELPHIA, PA — Flying Angels will showcase its bedside-to-bedside medical transport services at the U.S. Cooperative for International Patient Programs 2026 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, positioning the company before hospital leaders responsible for coordinating international patient care.

The Philadelphia-based medical transport provider announced it will exhibit at the conference, scheduled for Sept. 14-16 at The Inn at Penn on the University of Pennsylvania campus.

The annual meeting brings together executives and administrators from academic medical centers and hospitals that operate international patient programs, including business development leaders, case managers and operational directors.

Flying Angels provides non-emergency medical transport for patients traveling on commercial airlines, coordinating transportation from the patient’s point of origin to the receiving healthcare facility.

The company’s services include arranging commercial flights, ground transportation, airline accommodations and other travel logistics. Critical care-trained flight nurses accompany patients throughout the journey, monitoring their condition and providing medical care during transit.

“The USCIPP event gives us an important opportunity to meet with healthcare leaders who understand the complexities of international patient care,” Managing Director and founder Bob Bacheler stated. “Safe medical travel requires careful coordination between patients, families, healthcare teams and airlines.”
