POTTSTOWN, PA — North Coventry police reported citing a 21-year-old Pottstown man following an alleged retail theft at a Wawa on Aug. 28.
Police reported that officers were dispatched to the Wawa at 260 W. Schuylkill Road at approximately 6:10 p.m. for an alleged retail theft in progress.
Upon arrival, officers apprehended Zachary Samuels, 21, of Pottstown, according to police.
Police reported that Samuels was cited for retail theft and released after being issued a citation.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
