Datavault AI Vows Defense as Shareholder Litigation Mounts

Datavault AI

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT) said it will vigorously defend itself and certain officers against recently filed securities litigation, adding another legal front for the technology company as it works to commercialize its platforms and convert contracted opportunities into recognized revenue.

The company said a number of allegations in the shareholder litigation concern issues previously raised in an Oct. 31, 2025, short-seller report by Wolfpack Research.

Datavault AI and Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel Bradley subsequently sued Wolfpack Research and its founder, Dan David, alleging defamation, false light, tortious interference, and unjust enrichment arising from the report.

Datavault AI said it stands behind its public disclosures and intends to address the shareholder claims through the legal process rather than through further public commentary.

“While we understand that the volume of legal notices and advertisements surrounding securities litigation can create concern among shareholders, our responsibility is to remain focused on the facts, the business and execution,” Bradley said. “We intend to vigorously defend the Company while continuing to execute on the strategy we have laid out for our shareholders.”

The Philadelphia company did not alter its operational priorities in response to the litigation. Its current focus includes commercializing its technology platform, expanding its exchange infrastructure, and scaling SanQtum.

Datavault AI also plans to continue integrating recently acquired and pending strategic assets and converting contracted opportunities into commercial activity and recognized revenue.

The company’s business spans data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, real-world asset tokenization and spatial audio technologies.

“We believe the best response we can provide to our shareholders is continued execution,” Bradley said. “Our team remains focused on building the business, serving our customers and partners, and creating long-term shareholder value.”
