PHILADELPHIA, PA — Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) executive Matt Strauss is scheduled to appear at an investor conference on Tuesday, providing shareholders and analysts an opportunity to hear from one of the company’s top media leaders as the media and entertainment industry continues to navigate shifting consumer viewing habits and streaming competition.
Comcast said Strauss, chairman of NBCUniversal Media Group, will participate in the Evercore Global TMT Conference on Tuesday, June 2.
The appearance comes as NBCUniversal continues to compete for audiences and advertising revenue across its broadcast, cable, streaming, and sports businesses, while Comcast expands its focus on broadband, wireless, and media operations.
