APWireless Adopts Radius Name Across 23-Country Network

Radius Global Infrastructure

BALA CYNWYD, PA — Radius Global Infrastructure Inc. is consolidating its worldwide operations under a single brand, replacing the APWireless name across a digital infrastructure investment business with more than 14,000 lease streams in 23 countries and more than $3.4 billion invested since inception.

The change brings the group’s international offices and businesses under the Radius Global Infrastructure name without altering its ownership, leadership or financial structure, according to the company.

The consolidation comes as Radius expands its investment focus across telecommunications and digital infrastructure assets, including cell site leases, fiber network facilities, data centers and towers.

Radius acquires and manages long-term interests in infrastructure assets used by telecommunications operators and other network providers. Its portfolio includes ground leases supporting cellular installations and other facilities essential to communications networks.

The company also invests in network switches and exchanges, fiber aggregation points and distributed antenna systems, extending its activities beyond traditional cell tower and ground lease investments.

The broader investment strategy allows Radius to provide capital to network operators, tower companies, property owners and infrastructure partners across multiple markets.

“The demand for data and connectivity is reshaping the infrastructure the world depends on, creating significant opportunities for long-term investment,” Chief Executive Officer Julian Plumstead stated.

The company’s investment model centers on acquiring interests in infrastructure assets and managing the associated long-term lease income. Radius has deployed more than $3.4 billion through relationships with property owners, network operators and other industry participants since its inception.

The unified branding does not represent a change in corporate control or a financial restructuring. Existing customers and business partners will continue working with their current teams and contacts.

“The expertise and relationships our clients rely on remain unchanged,” Plumstead stated.

The transition establishes Radius Global Infrastructure as the common operating identity for a business spanning 23 countries, aligning its international operations under one name as it pursues investments across the digital infrastructure sector.
