BLUE BELL, PA — Rego Payment Architectures Inc. (OTCQB: RPMT) has expanded the distribution of its family banking technology through Service 1st Federal Credit Union, which has integrated the company’s youth financial management platform into its digital banking services to reach younger members and strengthen household relationships.
Service 1st has launched the platform under the name splashup!, providing children with tools to earn, save, spend and manage financial goals while allowing parents to supervise their activity.
The service uses REGO’s Family Wallet technology and operates within the credit union’s existing digital banking environment rather than requiring families to establish a separate banking relationship.
For REGO, the deployment extends its business model of supplying financial institutions with technology they can offer under their own brands. For Service 1st, the integration creates an additional channel for introducing children to banking while maintaining relationships with their parents.
The platform gives parents oversight of their children’s financial activities while providing younger users with practical experience managing money.
“Family Wallet gives parents a practical way to teach healthy financial habits through real-life experience, with the oversight and safeguards families expect,” said Christopher Court, chief strategy and innovation officer at Service 1st.
The launch also expands the credit union’s existing financial education initiatives beyond classroom-based programs.
In 2025, Service 1st conducted 18 financial reality fairs for high school students, including one event attended by 1,890 students. The programs focused on financial decision-making through practical exercises.
The new digital banking service is intended to make similar financial education tools available during everyday transactions and savings activities.
REGO Chief Executive Officer Peter S. Pelullo said youth banking offers financial institutions an opportunity to develop relationships with multiple generations of the same household.
The company’s platform is designed to support parental supervision and protect children’s personal information. REGO states that its technology has been certified to exceed the requirements of the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, which governs certain collection and use of personal information from children under 13.
REGO supplies the underlying technology while allowing participating banks and credit unions to control the customer-facing branding and maintain their existing member relationships.
The Service 1st deployment adds another institutional application for REGO’s white-label financial technology, which targets banks and credit unions seeking to incorporate youth banking into their existing digital services.
