AdaptHealth Names Currie CFO as Growth Push Takes Shape

AdaptHealth

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — AdaptHealth Corp. (Nasdaq: AHCO) named former Luminex finance chief Harriss T. Currie as chief financial officer, putting a veteran health-care executive in charge of its finances as the company targets revenue and EBITDA growth.

Currie succeeds Jason Clemens, who will remain with the home medical equipment and supplies provider through Oct. 1 to assist with the transition, AdaptHealth said.

Currie spent more than 15 years as CFO of Luminex Corp. before the diagnostics company was sold to DiaSorin in 2021.

He later served as CFO of Impulse Dynamics from 2022 to 2023 and president of the Regenerative Medicine division of 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) from 2023 to 2025. He was CFO of Health Track Rx from 2025 to 2026.

The appointment gives Currie responsibility for AdaptHealth’s finance organization as the company seeks to translate strategic contracts into revenue and earnings growth.

Currie said his assessment of the company before taking the position found “solid financial processes” and contracts that he believes position AdaptHealth for “meaningful revenue and EBITDA growth.”
