MALVERN, PA — The Institutes has been named one of the Philadelphia region’s Top Workplaces for the 11th time, extending a run of employee-recognized workplace awards as organizations continue to compete for talent in the insurance and risk management sector.
The not-for-profit organization received a 2026 Philadelphia Top Workplaces award from The Philadelphia Inquirer, marking its sixth consecutive year earning the regional distinction. The recognition follows the organization’s fourth straight Top Workplaces USA award earlier this year.
The company said the regional award is based on employee engagement survey results compiled by Exton-based Energage, which administers the Top Workplaces program.
The Institutes provides education, professional designations and other resources for the risk management and insurance industry.
Chief Executive Officer Peter L. Miller said recognition based on employee feedback carries particular significance for the organization.
“A recognition rooted in the voices of our own people, like the Philadelphia Top Workplaces award, is the most meaningful one we can receive,” Miller said. “It is a privilege to lead an organization where people want to stay and build lasting careers.”
The organization attributed the recognition to employee feedback and ongoing efforts to adapt workplace policies and practices as workforce needs evolve.
