EXTON, PA — Innovative Aerosystems (Nasdaq: ISSC) will present at two investor conferences in June as the avionics manufacturer seeks to engage institutional investors and highlight its growth strategy across commercial, business and military aviation markets.

Chief Executive Officer Shahram Askarpour and Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey DiGiovanni are scheduled to participate in the Stifel 2026 Cross Sector Insight Conference in Boston on June 2-3 and the virtual Northland Growth Conference on June 23.

The appearances provide the company with opportunities to meet directly with investors at a time when aerospace suppliers are pursuing growth tied to fleet modernization, advanced avionics and autonomous flight technologies.

Innovative Aerosystems said executives will be available for one-on-one meetings with registered investors during both events.

Based in Exton, Pennsylvania, the company develops and manufactures avionics systems and aerospace electronics for commercial, business and military aircraft operators, airframe manufacturers and aftermarket customers.

Its product portfolio includes navigation systems, flight deck displays, air data instrumentation, autothrottles, flight control computers, mission computers and software-based situational awareness technologies.

The company has increasingly emphasized opportunities in next-generation cockpit systems and autonomous flight applications while continuing to support legacy aerospace platforms.
