WEST CHESTER, PA — Fischer Cunnane & Associates has expanded its tax practice with the addition of two experienced tax professionals, a move that strengthens the firm’s capacity to serve businesses and high-net-worth clients navigating increasingly complex tax and compliance requirements.
The West Chester-based accounting and advisory firm has hired William L. Daubner as senior tax manager and Thomas Ronayne as tax and accounting supervisor, the company announced.
The additions come as accounting firms face growing demand for multi-state tax planning, audit representation, and advisory services amid evolving tax regulations and reporting obligations.
Daubner brings more than 15 years of experience providing tax, consulting, and accounting services to individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S corporations. His background includes work with clients in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, insurance, and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining Fischer Cunnane, Daubner served as tax director at PKF O’Connor Davies Advisory and Rainer & Company. His experience includes multi-state tax matters, tax planning, audit representation, and high-net-worth individual tax compliance.
Ronayne joins the firm after spending 25 years as an accounting manager at Rainer & Company. He brings experience in accounting, auditing, and tax services for businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to large corporations.
In his new role, Ronayne will prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns while overseeing multi-state compliance, tax projections, and tax notice resolution matters.
